What is a Group: A group is 10-20 or more (depending on the event). Groups consist of friends and neighbors, business associates, members of a church, bowling leagues, alumni groups, teachers and students, firefighters, police officers or EMS workers, doctors and nurses, sports fans, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, sales teams, classmates, soul mates, joggers, etc.

Group Savings: By getting a group together, your group will receive special discounts and the best available seating to most of our family and sports entertainment, including Harlem Globetrotters, Disney on Ice, Mustangs, Thunderbirds and many more. Groups usually save between $2 and $7 per ticket!

Advanced Notice: Your group will receive information on shows in advance of the public. This gives your group an opportunity to purchase seats during the pre-sale and before they go on sale to the public!

How to Book Your Group: Simply give the Group Sales Manager a call at (505) 891-7336 for dates, times and prices of the event your group is interested in and we will personally help you plan a group outing, provide the best available seating , help you get the appropriate seats for your group, and save you money.

Personal Service: Our Group Sales Department has vast experience working with groups like yours and they will personally see to it that your visit to the Santa Ana Star Center is the best that it can be.

Additional Incentives: There may be an exclusive group clinic, meet & greet with a character from the show, or other opportunities. This is based on the show and availability.

When Should we Arrive for the Show/Event: Generally speaking doors open one hour prior to the event, so you can arrive anytime after that. If there is an exclusive "groups only" pre-show event, you will be notified of the appropriate time to arrive.

What is the Deadline for Ordering Group Tickets: It will depend on the show, ask for details.

How do we Pay for our Group Ticket Order: Call, email or fax in your order to the Group Sales Department. All major credit cards are accepted.  Cash or Credit Cards only.

What is your policy on refunds, exchanges, or lost tickets: We are sorry, but tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged.

What age does a child need to be to be admitted free: Usually children under 24 months old are admitted free, and can sit on an adult's lap. At some events children under 12 months old are admitted free, and can sit on an adult's lap.
