OFFICE INFORMATION:
The
Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and
cash for advance and day-of-show purchases. Tickets purchased by
credit card may only be purchased by the actual credit card holder.
Valid I.D. will be required.
Tickets for all Events are sold
at the Box Office, over the internet at www.santaanastarcenter.com,
or charge by phone at 1-888-694-4849.
On most events, Groups
of 10 or more will receive a discount on seats. Please contact the
Group Sales Manager at 505-891-7337
for more details.
The Will Call window handles all last-minute
internet and phone sales, media, sponsors, VIP's and all
complimentary tickets. Will Call tickets will be released only to the
person whose name appears on the ticket envelope, unless prior
arrangements are made. Customers may also leave tickets at the Will
Call window; however Santa Ana Star Center is not responsible for
unclaimed tickets. Valid I.D. is required to pick up all tickets and
passes. Santa Ana Star Center personnel does not control, give out or
sell backstage or meet & greet passes for any event.
Lost
Tickets:
If tickets are lost, stolen or not received in the mail, please
contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss.
The Box Office will do its best to replace the tickets, but
re-issuance of a lost or stolen ticket IS NOT guaranteed. Lost
tickets are similar to lost cash. Once gone, it's difficult to
replace. If the original ticket purchase can be verified, the box
office WILL replace the ticket with a pass that will only be
available at Will Call on the day of the event for the original
purchaser only. Valid I.D. will be required.
Refund
/ Exchange Policy:
There
are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for any event.
Scalping or selling tickets at or near the Santa Ana Star Center is
prohibited and will not be allowed.
If an Event is cancelled
or re-scheduled, refunds will be available at the point-of-purchase
only by method of payment. For re-scheduled events, the original
ticket sold will be honored at the new date. No exchange is required.
On cancelled events, refunds are available up until the original
event date.–
