Restaurants include, Aldo's New York Pizza by Venezia's, Baskin Robbins, Blake’s, Cafe Bella Coffee, Cafe Connection, Cazuela's Mexican Grill Seafood and Brewery, Chamisa Hills Country Club, Chili’s, Dairy Queen, Einstein Bros. Bagels (coming to Rio Rancho summer 2013), El Mezquite, Fat Squirrel Pub & Grille, Hot Tamales, Joe's Pasta House, Latitudes, Matheson Winery, Namaste, O'Hares Grille & Pub, Pho Bar, Pizza 9, Prime by Vernon's (coming to Rio Rancho summer 2013), Schlotsky's, Smokehouse, Sushi King, Timbuctu, Toro Bar & Grill, and Turtle Mountain Brewing Company.
